Yamaha Readies YSP-2700 MusicCast 7.1 Channel Sound Bar[teaser]The company's newest MusicCast audio product has been announced. [/teaser] Yamaha has revealed the latest addition to its home audio lineup. The YSP-2700 Sound Bar includes support for the company's MusicCast wireless multiroom audio technology. "The Yamaha YSP-2700 MusicCast Sound Bar is the perfect solution for anyone who craves immersive sound from movies combined with superb musical playback -all from an ultra-slim sound bar that fits easily into the home," said Bob Goedken, general manager, AV division, Yamaha Corporation of America. "With the addition of MusicCast, listeners can stream their favorite sound bar audio sources on a MusicCast wireless speaker placed anywhere throughout the home with simple access provided by a very easy-to-use, visual app on their smartphone or tablet." The 7.1 channel YSP-2700 sound bar features Yamaha Digital Sound Projector technology with 16 speakers and 16 amplifiers to create discrete sound beams that reflect off the walls of a room in order to simulate audio from multiple directions. In addition, the system includes a wireless subwoofer. Three HDMI inputs and one output are integrated as well, offering HDCP 2.2 compliancy with 4K Ultra HD video pass-through at up to 60p, and support for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD MA lossless audio formats. Netflix Releases Trailer for 'BoJack Horseman' Season 3 Starring Will Arnett[teaser]A trailer for the animated comedy's third season has been revealed. [/teaser] Netflix has debuted the official trailer for 'BoJack Horseman' season three. The show will stream exclusively through Netflix on July 22. Will Arnett voices BoJack, the legendary 90's sitcom star, who has been trying to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whisky and failed relationships. The all-star voice cast includes Arnett as BoJack Horseman, Aaron Paul as Todd Chavez, Amy Sedaris as Princess Carolyn, Alison Brie as Diane Nguyen and Paul F. Tompkins as Mr. Peanutbutter. BoJack Horseman was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg. The series is executive produced by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright. Will Arnett (The Millers, Arrested Development) and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) also serve as executive producers. BoJack Horseman was designed by graphic artist Lisa Hanawalt and animated by LA-based ShadowMachine. The show is a Tornante Production, brought to life by Michael Eisner's The Tornante Company. [/teaser] Panasonic has announced pricing and availability for its DMP-UB900 Ultra HD Blu-ray player. The DMP-UB900 will start shipping in September for $699. Pansonic's DMP-UB900 offers playback for Ultra HD Blu-ray discs along with HDR (high dynamic range) and BT.2020 wide color gamut support.
