Good news, everyone. AMC, McFarlane Toys and Anchor Bay have unveiled a Limited Edition box set for the upcoming Season 3 Blu-ray release of ‘The Walking Dead‘. The artists and studios decided to go with a similar theme as Season 2’s limited edition set with the zombie head, but may have one-upped themselves.
The new set will feature a replica of the Governor’s aquarium, which is filled with zombie heads.
You can actually fill the set with water, and the five zombie heads can be placed in any order. The aquarium can even be lit up with the touch of a button.
When I got the Season 2 Limited Edition Blu-ray set, I really hoped that the studio would continue with that style. It would have been really cool to have a different zombie head for each season. That would look incredible displayed across a wall. However, this seems even better. I can’t wait to see what it actually looks like in person. As of right now, no details or specs have been announced, but expect that to change quickly.
