Yes, today is Halloween. Or, as it should probably be renamed, National Sugar Shock Day. As we all consume massive quantities of delicious candy, what’s your favorite sweet treat on this holiday? Tell us in today’s poll.
The following list is by no means comprehensive, but I’ve tried to compile a wide-ranging selection of popular Halloween goodies. Tell us in the Comments about whatever I’ve missed.
I’m partial to Peanut M&Ms, myself. Vote for as many options as you like.

The only items that are available in Belgium are :
Cookies
Gummi Worms/Bears/Etc.
Kit Kat
Licorice
Lolipops
M&Ms (Plain)
Mars Bar
Milky Way
Nestle Crunch
Oreos
Smarties
Snickers
Twix
That’s not a lot to choose from, sadly. I too am very fond of Peanut M&M’s, ever since a friend brought them back from a trip to the United States. I’m always on the lookout for them.
My favourite “movie related candybar that’s not available over here” is Baby Ruth!

A couple that are not on the list that I also like are Milk Duds and Jujy Fruits. Both really stick to your teeth.
William Henley
Man, I love Milk Duds!
Shayne Blakeley
Chose several but Reeses win by a landslide. My fiance and I only pick up Reeses and Snickers for trick or treaters.
Shannon Nutt
Heh…this is exactly what we picked up!

Ghirardelli 72% Twilight Delight is what we give out, but the kids prefer the Sea Salt Soiree.
Andi Wettleson
anything with a razor blade or needle stuck in it. duuuuuh
Shannon Nutt
Snickers would be my overall pick, although I have a newfound love for Pretzel M&Ms.

Of what I gave people this year, I think my favorites were Ghirardelli squares—a raspberry & dark chocolate and a mint & dark chocolate. #2 was Annie’s Homegrown Halloween Bunny Grahams. The only treats I gave out this year that are on the list are Reese’s cups and Hershey bars—dark-chocolate varieties of each. Strawberry Pocky is another goodie.
To clarify: I don’t get trick-or-treaters. These—and others—were treats that I went around giving to people I know.

I can’t believe you left out Baby Ruth.
