Happenings on Leap Day most certainly count. Today my regular comic shop was having its quadrennial Leap Day sale: 29% off any purchase totaling $29 or more. I got a sweet discount on a large-format hardcover showcasing “Jazzy” Johnny Romita’s original art pages for six Silver Age issues of The Amazing Spider-Man. Now I’m a leapin’ True Believer—’nuff said!!
