New Atmos-enabled speakers have been revealed.
Triad has announced the release of its latest home audio speakers. The InRoom Silver LR-H is a Dolby Atmos left/right up-firing speaker.
The speaker uses two 6.5-inch front woofers and a 1-inch front tweeter. In addition, the model includes four 3-inch full-range neodymium height drivers that are used to bounce sound off of the ceiling in order to simulate overhead audio. The front drivers are rated for a frequency range of 80Hz to 20kHz. Meanwhile, the top drivers are rated for 130Hz to 20kHz. The Silver model now joins the previously released Bronze LR-H model.
Triad's InRoom Silver LR-H will retail for $1,500 per speaker. The Bronze model is also available for $1,000 per speaker.
