To not do the 'Battlefield 4' thing.

Visceral Games' Thad Sasser, the lead multiplayer designer for 'Battlefield Hardline' updated the Battlefield Blog with another Community's Most Wanted list of changes for his team's upcoming title.

Much like last time, there isn't any central theme to the tweaks, it's more a scattershot of improvements and responses to the community. Most important among them, however, will likely change the game for certain players. For instance, Visceral is in the process of rebalancing the Mechanic class, commonly referred to as the Engineer in past titles, to make him generally more effective in infantry battles. They're also renaming the poor guy.

Also, a bit comically, Visceral is "working on establishing a clearer visual difference from BF4," in reference to the game's HUD. In other words, they want to stop hearing complaints about how similar the two games look.

Longer rounds, less explosives, more vehicle health and an improved interrogation mechanic are all on the list. Eager players should take a look at the rest through the sourced link.
