'Pillars of Eternity: The White March: Part I' Coming August 25th

Sooner than expected.

Obsidian has struck a chord with 'Pillars of Eternity' (review here), and it looks to get even better with the upcoming 'Pillars of Eternity: The White March: Part I' expansion (see why here). Today, as part of Gamescom 2015, Obsidian has revealed that the expansion will be released on August 25th.

That means that in less than three weeks, 'Pillars' players old and new will be able to get a load of new content to consume. While the 'Part I' might intimidate some players, this is a not some small bit of DLC, rather this is an old-school expansion.
