So much to see; so little time.
In case you are not aware, the Call of Duty XP 2016 is happening right now, and it is a massive event. I've got impressions from the brand new 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' mulitplayer mode here, as well as the PlayStation VR 'Jackal Assault' first ever Call of Duty VR experience here.
These items are really just the tip of the iceberg, especially for event attendees. Fortunately, I have some shots below that show things before the masses arrived.
The Forum itself houses among other things, the Call of Duty World League Championship. And yes, just about everywhere you look, there is PlayStation hardware. (And to a lesser extent, ASTRO Gaming headsets.)
The big tents house the many playable new 'Call of Duty' games at the event. 'Infinite Warfare' MP, 'Zombies in Spaceland,' 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered,' and 'Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Salvation.'
Also, for all to see, there is Zombie Laser Tag.
The extraordinary Nuketown Paintball, which contains a Twitch Plays Nuketown turret, is in one corner.
On the other corner is the zipline the floats above half the event.
There's more as well. Like the Armory exhibition, vendor booths, and Juggernaut Wrestling All-in-all, this event really outdoes many. Even with a single franchise focus, there is so much to do here, and much of it is pretty physical. This is only the second Call of Duty XP (it's been five years since the first). The convergence of different 'Call of Duty' aspects into one celebration is something pretty unforgettable. I hope a third event is not too far off.
Look at the patch kit I've assembled. The patches come from each stop/activity, and the tin brings it all together.
