Sony revealed the existence of a PS3 version of the upcoming 'LittleBigPlanet 3.' The game was originally announced at this year's E3 for PS4, but it seems the venerable franchise can't leave its original home behind just yet.
'LittleBigPlanet 3' is introducing new characters to the cooperative, creative title, each with their own attributes. It's also worth noting that the entire catalogue of user-created content from all previous games in the franchise will be compatible and ready to play in the new game on day one.
Both versions, the PS3 and PS4, will release on Nov. 18, alongside a massive collection of pre-order bonues, spread among retailers, digital and phyiscal releases and even previous games in the franchise.
First off, any person who pre-orders either version of the game digitally or physically will have day-one access to the 'Dragon Age: Inquisition' costume pack.
Digital pre-orders also come with access to the 'LittleBigPlanet 3' T-Shirt pack, a collection of Sackboy t-shirts that can be applied to any of the 'LittleBigPlanet' games immediately upon order.
Then there are the retailer-exclusive bonuses, which only apply to the PS4 version of the game. Pre-ordering at Best Buy will net you the Hidden Creatures Costume Pack.
Pre-ordering from GameStop gets you the Mythical Creatures Costume Pack.
And, finally, pre-ordering from Amazon gets you the far superior Playstation Favorites Costume Pack.
Target and other "participating retailers" are popping out Sackboy plushes while supplies last, too.
