A game of numbers.
Today, Bungie dropped a dime on the first 100 days of 'Destiny,' with the time period serving as some kind of presidential check-in (it doubles as the end of the year as well). Activision loves sharing numbers on their big games, and now this big seller has its own staggering set. According to Bungie, 12,869,066 players have tried 'Destiny,' with 22,932,276 Guardians created as a result. (That number likely includes all four platforms, the PS4 alpha, the public beta, and the current trial.) If those numbers are too trial like for you, Atheon, the boss of the first raid, has been beaten 2.4 million times. The boss of the new raid that is included with 'The Dark Below,' Crota, has been beaten 769 times.
