Lucas Joins The Battle In 'Smash Bros' On June 14th

After being teased at during April's Nintendo Direct, Lucas, 'Mother 3''s protagonist, will be joining the 'Smash' fray officially on June 14th, which is a lot sooner than when Americans will actually get to officially play 'Mother 3', which is never. Lucas will cost $3.99 if you're buying him for either 3DS or WiiU, but $4.99 unlocks him on both. Take a look at his reveal trailer from the Nintendo Direct below.

By the way, before anyone asks, no, we still haven't seen any results from Nintendo's 'Smash' ballot site, although, the same day you can download Lucas, you can also download a free 'Splatoon' outfit for Mii fighters. That said, come on. The Inklings from 'Splatoon' showing up in 'Smash Bros.' are a matter of "when", not "if", and you know it.
