Regardless of how long you've played.
The 'Arkham Knight' team isn't having a great week. Though the game at last made its return to the PC marketplace, it quickly became apparent that the unfortunate port did not live up to players' standards, with many reporting that the game was still unplayable.
In response, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has decided to let those who are tired of waiting for fixes to jump ship with a full refund. Even if players on Steam have blown past the regular refund cut-off of two hours of gameplay (not to mention the two week after-purchase deadline that all original PC players are long past at this point), 'Arkham Knight' PC players can claim their full refund until the end of 2015.
The season pass is also up for refunds, though it has to be refunded alongside the base game—you won't be able to refund just the pass itself.
For those who feel like giving the game a third chance, this still-buggy release isn't set to be the final version of the PC port. Warner Bros. announced that they "are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."
