Through The Fire And Flames: Check Out 22 Minutes Of 'Pyre' Gameplay

Spoilers: There's pyres involved.

With PAX East in full swing, the deluge of new info from any number of indie darlings was bound to not be far behind, and today, we've got it in the form of a full 22 minutes of gameplay from Supergiant Games' 'Pyre', courtesy of IGN.

The verdict? WEIRD. It's not entirely unexpected from the folks who turned an RTS into a fast paced, stylish slasher in 'Transistor' but the RTS-meets-dodgeball gameplay here, while certainly compelling, is just plain a strange mix, but one that's going to be interesting to watch blossom over the coming months.
