I know SteelBooks aren't everyone's bag, but I dig the alternate magnetic character cover cards so if you don't like Captain Pike's square-jawed mug you can swap him out for the more attractive Rebecca Romijn. But then the extra cool feature for both SteelBook sets is the "Subspace Rhapsody" poster! I'm genuinely over the moon they've really leaned into how fun that episode was. Sure it was a bit of high-camp for the series, but after so many years of Trek being taken so deathly seriously with massive convoluted conspiracy theory poppycock plots, I'll take that episode over Discovery any day.
