With a crowd this big, it kind of gives a new meaning to the term Let's Play.
Telltale has in the past introduced a new story by hosting a world premiere where the game's cast and fan community comes together to collectively play whichever interactive narrative is releasing next. The same thing is going on tomorrow for the world premiere of 'Minecraft: Story Mode,' but now Telltale has announced that the whole thing will be streamed over YouTube's streaming service, YouTube Gaming.
Starting at 10 p.m. Eastern (7 p.m. Pacific), Telltale will be broadcasting live from the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California, with the first episode of 'Minecraft: Story Mode.' Some of the game's cast will join fans, YouTubers, and streamers to play through the episode, though Telltale didn't give any specific names of who will be there. You can watch the whole thing on the Mojang YouTube Gaming channel.
The game's first episode will launch digitally Tuesday, October 13, the day after the world premiere event, on PC, mobile, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
