Aksys Bringing 'Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi' to the West

Combines two popular 'Hakuoki' games into one.

Aksys Games has announced that 'Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi' will be released in North America on May 6th. The game is a combination of two popular 'Hakuoki' game adaptations, 'Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom' and 'Hakuoki Zuisoroku.' Those titles originally debuted on the PS2, but were remastered for a 2010 Japanese PS3 release.

From Aksys, "Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi tells the tale of Chizuru, a young woman who finds herself fighting alongside the infamous Shinsengumi as competing factions war for control of Japan."

'Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi' is priced at $39.99, but for $10 more, players can net the Limited Edition.
