Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition news

Splitscreen, online, and even decision tie-breaking.

'Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition' is coming to the PS4 & Xbox One, and with it comes a unique co-op experience. Not only can players play co-operatively online, but the game supports a dynamic local splitscreen. This all sounds good, but seeing how this CRPG unfolds in co-op is better.

Specifically, beyond combat, 'Divinity: Original Sin' enables co-op player to tackle quests with multiple outcomes. You know the RPG quest tree, but what you may not know is how is shakes out in co-op. Naturally, say, in a quest between two factions, players will want to decide whom to support. In the game, co-op players vote, and in case of disagreement, a quick rock, paper, scissors, session will decide.

More than just a one-time event, however, this tug of war for decisions will impact the game as time goes on.

To help players embrace the co-op RPG, each player will get to choose their own difficulty setting. 'Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition' is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One this October.
