Time to strike back against Monokuma
Around these parts, we are big fans of Spike Chunsoft's 'Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc' (review here) and 'Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair' (review here), which were brought west and localized thanks to NIS America. Now, the between game offshoot, 'Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls' is poised to follow suit.
Coming to North America September 1st and Europe September 4th, 'Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls' breaks from the main entries patient investigative style in favor of direct action, but that change in gameplay genre does not mean a dumbed-down plot, far from it. Players can expect to take a ride worthy of the 'Danganronpa' name.
Considering that the series is easily some of the Vita's best, it should cheer fans that this new game, which hit Japan only last year, is promised as being Vita TV compatible. Like the other games, 'Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls' is priced at $39.99.
