"Make it so."
While the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Iridium Studios' 'There Came an Echo' continue to be developed, the PC version is out, or at least, it's out for backers. The general Steam release date is February 24th, ($19.99, order here,) and upon release, millions will get the opportunity to command Corrin Webb (voiced by Wil Wheaton) and his squadmates. This is sci-fi, and these troops need the player's direction like fire needs air.
Of course, the "Echo" part of the game comes from the whole voice control apsect. Fortunately, unlike some similar efforts over the years, 'There Came an Echo' allows the player quite a bit of voice command customization, and thus, custom commands like "Birdman, go jump" will work just fine.
