Embrace it!
Back when much of 'Guitar Hero Live's tracks were still unannounced, I was excited for the game (see here). With today's Tracklist Tuesday announcement, I have to face the truth, I can't wait to play (and sing) Passenger's 'Let Her Go.'
I could explain why- it's not a bombastic track (good change of pace), but is nevertheless a guitar (and vocal) dependent song. it's the kind of track I can rope my significant other into enjoying. Whatever reasons I could produce, however, are merely rationalizations. I want to play the track and then worry about why.
Back to today, here are this week's newly announced tracks:
Pearl Jam - Sirens
Surfer Blood - Demon Dance
Gerard Way - No Shows
Orianthi - According to You
Haim - The Wire
Tonight Alive - The Ocean
Lamb of God - Ghost Walking
36 Crazyfists - Also Am I
Wavves - Demon to Lean On
Passenger - Let Her Go
'Guitar Hero Live' is set to be released this fall (October 20th in NA, October 23rd in Europe) for the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, 360, Wii U and select mobile devices. The console versions are up for preorder for $99.99.
