'Just Cause 3' Impressing in 4K, But What Will It Take to Run It?

I want to try to thread between those trains.

'Just Cause 3' is set for December 1st, and due to how things tend to shake out, I expect to be playing on a console, most likely on the Xbox One. With today's 4K footage of the game running at max settings on PC, I am drooling a bit. Specifically, the part with the open wheel F1 style car and the two trains.

Of course, the overall destructibility has its own chaotic appeal.

There is one slight issue with the PC version. Not only is the 4k example not backed by a specified build, but the games' normal minimum and recommended system requirements remain a mystery. While I have confidence in my own build, I still will be looking over those requirements when the time comes.
