'Everybody's Gone to the Rapture' developer The Chinese Room are revisiting the game that put the English-based studio on the map — 'Dear Esther.' Coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 20th for $9.99, 'Dear Esther: Landmark Edition' will feature graphical and gameplay additions in order to update the experience for new and returning players. The first-person adventure originally released in 2012 on PC.
Since story is a large part of the narrative driven title, fans will be happy to know that the 'Landmark Edition' will include commentary from Jessica Curry, Dan Pinchbeck and Rob Briscoe. Publisher Curve Digital says that the commentary "offers first-hand insight on never-before-heard details, and provides a fresh perspective on the game’s development and legacy."
