Players will have to control Samuel's every movement and breathing.
Indie publisher Curve Digital has announced that Perfectly ParaNormal's 'Manual Samuel' will be coming out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in October. PlayStation 4 owners will be the first to be able to help Samuel on his day gone wrong on October 11th. PC and Xbox One owners will have to wait until the 14th to purchase the digital release for $9.99. 'Manual Samuel' stars the titular character going through the worst day of his life, after he gets hit by a truck. Samuel then makes a deal with Death to stay alive, but first he'll have to get through a day "manually."
This means that players will have to control every aspect of Samuel manually. From simply walking up stairs to putting on pants, every small task will seem like an accomplishment. According to Curve Digital the game "makes a marvel of the mundane" as players will have to use both analog sticks, buttons and triggers to walk, breathe, and to inevitably fall over.
