Games with Gold for 'September' Include 'Earthlock: Festival of Magic,' 'Assassin's Creed Chronicles China,' 'Forza Horizon' & 'Mirror's Edge'

The best thing about the Xbox Games with Gold program is that the 360 games are playable on the Xbox One. For September, that means that the original 'Mirror's Edge' and the original 'Forza Horizon' will be free for Gold members on both the Xbox One and 360.

The two proper Xbox One titles are 'Earthlock: Festival of Magic' and 'Assassin's Creed Chronicles China' (check out the review here).

As a big 'Forza' and 'Forza Horizon' fan, I'm happy to see one of the games featured in the Game with Gold program.

The real highlight, however, is 'Earthlock,' a colorful, turn-based RPG that has been cooking for years following a successful Kickstarter.
