April 1st Is The Day to Play 'Dying Light' As Techland Is Shaking Things Up for 24 Hours

Posted Mar 31, 2015 at 08:12 AM PDT by Brian Hoss

"Something unusual is going to happen in the world of Dying Light."

'Dying Light' is out, and not only is it a great big world packed full of zombies to run around or run through, (check out the review here), it's also a sales success. More importantly for today and tomorrow, developer Techland has something "radical" in mind for April 1st. This 24 hour radical set of changes is being shared under the guise of the Global Relief Effort (GRE), and it appears based off of the footage below that a special batch Antizin will be turning the world of 'Dying Light' on its head.

From Hudson Jenkins, spokesman for the GRE, "All undelivered Antizin crates have been destroyed, and we would like to assure the survivors that untainted drops will resume as of April 2nd. We urge all the survivors to use extreme care when exhibiting symptoms of the contaminated Antizin injections."

Check out the video now, and be sure to check out the game tomorrow.
