'Dear Esther' Heading to PS4 and Xbox One This Summer

Contains all-new director's commentary.

Curve Digital has announced that they will be releasing The Chinese Room's 'Dear Esther' on PS4 and Xbox One this Summer. The console versions of the game will contain a director's commentary feature, where subsequent playthroughs of the game discussing the game and it's impact.

The game originally launched for PC in 2012, receiving a polarized reception, with some lauding the narrative while others derided it as an early example of a "walking simulator'.
