New trailer for the 'Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' expansion.
Just because the 'Naruto Shippuden' storyline is over doesn't mean that Bandai Namco will stop creating games based upon the property. The latest effort from developer CyberConnect2 is an expansion for 'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' titled 'Road to Boruto.' If you're wondering who Boruto is, it's actually the son of series protagonist Naruto Uzumaki.
The $19.99 expansion will release February 3rd on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Players will be able to experience Boruto's adventure in a new story mode based off 'BORUTO: Naruto the Movie.' It'll also add new characters for offline and online play, including the aforementioned Boruto and Sarada Uchiha.
To get the hype train rolling for the 2017 expansion, Bandai Namco released a brand new trailer for 'Road to Boruto' at TGS 2016. Check out the minute and a half video below:
