Jason Voorhees Slashes Up 'Mortal Kombat X' on May 5th

Kombat Pack owners first, everyone else a week later

During yesterday's Kombat Kast Twitch show yesterday, Netherreal confirmed that players will be able to start their Crystal Lake style killing sprees with Jason Voorhees on May 5th.

In what appears to be par for the course far as additional characters go, Voorhees will be made available to Kombat Pack owners first on that day, and then he will be available for general purchase a week later. Keeping in mind, you can also try before you buy, as part of 'MKX's Living Towers feature, which allows you to play as DLC characters for a limited time.

The Kombat Pack can still be purchased for $30, which will include early access to Jason, Tanya, Tremor, and the Predator, as well as costume skins for several characters.
