This deal does involve brick and mortar and is only today.
The Nintendo 2DS, the non-folding, non 3D version of the extremely popular 3DS handheld system, normally sells for $129.99. And yet for those willing to pick up at a store, Walmart has the Crimson Red 2DS on sale for only $79 right now. (Order here.)
The deal is sold out online, which is why it takes actually going to a store to get it, though it can be put aside by ordering through the website. In comparison, Amazon is currently selling the same 2DS for $115.85 (11% off). This is a 1 day deal only, and those interested should act quickly. The 2DS would certainly make a great gift for many, and this price is crazy low for any brand new 3DS playing device.
The 2DS can play the entire 3DS and DS back catalogue, including recent releases like the smash hit 'Super Smash Bros.' (Check out the review here.)
