'Destiny: The Taken King' Reveal Trailer Shows Off The Game's Next Expansion

'Destiny: The Taken King' is the next expansion for the blockbuster shooter, and its reveal trailer debuted today at Sony's E3 press event.

The new adventure from Bungie and Activision pits Guardians against Oryx, the title monarch. After the destruction of his son Crota, Oryx is coming after the Guardians with an entire army by his side.

According to Bungie, the expansion will accommodate new players who want to finally try out the phenomenon for themselves as well as 'Destiny' veterans who currently know the game forwards and backwards.

The expansion, of course, includes new abilities, weapons, and other items. PlayStation players will also have access to some exclusive content. 'The Taken King' will release on September 15. You can watch the reveal trailer below.
