Are you ready to tackle the latest raid?
Fans of Bungie's hit first-person shooter 'Destiny' have been playing the latest expansion 'Rise of Iron' since Tuesday, but now they can experience the new raid. Called 'Wrath of the Machine,' the raid is one of the highlights of the $29.99 expansion, which takes place on a new part of the Earth called the Plaguelands (and features a new hub called Felwinter Peak). The raid is set to go live later today (1 PM EST), and will have fireteams exploring the Plaguelands in order to "secure [their] legacy as an Iron Lord."
Other additions in 'Rise of Iron' include brand new story content that goes into the backstory of "The Iron Banner." It also features an assortment of new weapons, a new multiplayer mode called Supremacy, the ability to make private matches, and new multiplayer maps. Those who are late to the 'Destiny' party can get up to date with all of the shooter's expansions by purchasing 'Destiny - The Collection,' a new $59.99 release.
