Yep, doesn't exist. Not happening. Nope.
Despite what you might have heard, neither Activision or Platinum Games have officially announced any sort of collaboration to create a brand new 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' game, titled 'Mutants In Manhattan'. Not at all. That Australian classification filed back in November? Who knows where they get this stuff. The Achievement list? The internet invents some crazy stuff sometimes, I tell ya.
Today, a site called Pure Xbox was apparently slipped a few screenshots--obviously, fabricated--of this non-existent game, which we've posted below. It appears to be running off of the same cel-shaded engine as 'Transformers: Devastation', which is such a perfect fit the Turtles. Y'know, if this game actually existed.
Because, as we've established, neither Activision or Platinum have actually confirmed this game is even happening. I mean, besides having all the telltale signs of a game that's getting pretty close to completion and this being the perfect time to release one, considering the live-action movie conveniently has a sequel coming to theaters in June, what proof do we have, really?
Seriously, I dont know where people get their silly ideas.
