'Fire Emblem Fates' Edition New 3DS XL Releasing on February 19th

Nintendo has announced that they will be releasing a 'Fire Emblem Fates' Edition of the New 3DS XL on February 19th to coincide with the launch of the game, it features artwork inspired by both the 'Birthright' and 'Conquest' editions of the game. The console will cost $200, and does not come with a copy of the game.

The game itself will, as has been previously known, ship in two different editions for $40 each ('Birthright' and 'Conquest') featuring different story paths, with each edition showing one side of a conflict, once you've completed part of one side, players have the option to buy the other campaign for $20. On March 10th, a third story path 'Revelation' will be made available as DLC for $20. There will also be a limited edition of the game that includes all three story paths, an art book, and a 3DS XL pouch for $80.
