No hint of THQ this time around.
Patrice Desilets, Creative Director for the original 'Assassin's Creed' and the perpetually in limbo '1666,' has founded a new studio entitled Panache Digital Games. Desilets quite famously left Ubisoft after 12 years, waited out his non-compete clause and founded THQ Montreal, only for the studio to be acquired by Ubisoft post THQ collapse. Desilets was subsequently let go by Ubisoft and his project, '1666' has not since seen the public light of day.
Panache Digital Games is in Montreal and has a meager website. Hopefully, Desilets will share his next project soon.
