Skip the messy DLC scene and just get the whole deal in one tidy package.
Developer Techland has revealed a new 'Enhanced Edition' for its open-world zombie game 'Dying Light' that will launch alongside the game's upcoming 'The Following' expansion on February 9.
Like any typical "game of the year"-type relaunch, 'Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition' will include all of the previously released DLC for 'Dying Light' in addition to the yet-unlaunched 'The Following' expansion. But the 'Enhanced Edition' doesn't end there. Techland is throwing in a number of new features, like the new Legend system, added parkour moves, improved AI, and better graphics. These enhancements will also come as an update for players with the base game.
'The Following' explores a new story in the life of Kyle Crane and adds a mountain of new content as well. In addition to introducing new drivable vehicles and a non-linear progression system, 'The Following' will include a new map that is said to be as big as the entire base game. 'The Following' will be available the same day as the 'Enhanced Edition.' The expansion can be bought individually, as part of the game's season pass, and as part of the full rerelease.
