The new miniseries is set to hit TNT in January.
TNT has released the first trailer for I Am the Night. The upcoming limited series comes from director and executive producer Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman) and stars Chris Pine.
I Am the Night tells the incredible story of Fauna Hodel, who was given away by her teenage birth mother to a black restroom attendant in a Nevada casino in 1949. As Fauna begins to investigate the secrets to her past, she follows a sinister trail that swirls ever closer to an infamous Hollywood gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel, a man involved in the darkest Hollywood debauchery and a suspect in the infamous "Black Dahlia" murder of Elizabeth Short in Los Angeles in 1947.

The series reunites Jenkins and Pine, who previously worked together on Wonder Woman and are currently filming the sequel Wonder Woman 1984. Author Sam Sheridan serves as the show's main writer adapting a story inspired by real events.
