Capcom Showcases First Trailer for the New HD 'Resident Evil'

Time to return to the mansion.

The number installments of the franchise may have lost their way, but there's no doubt that 'Resident Evil' is still an enduring title. Built on the popular GameCube era remake, Capcom is bringing the game back in HD style, with nods for both old and new fans. Now, Capcom has shared the first real look the remastered original, 'Resident Evil.'

With the game due out on five platforms in 2015, most gamers will have a shot at this promising new version, and who knows, if the game is success, perhaps 'Resident Evil 2' and '3' could see a similar treatment.
