360 version also under development for a possible later release.
'LocoCycle' the motorcycle combat title that was partially inspired by Ice Cube's 2004 film 'Torque,' will be a Xbox One launch title. The game was initially revealed over a year ago as a 360 title from 'Spolsion Man' developer Twisted Pixel, and a 360 version is still in development, albeit without the launch target of the Xbox One version.
The game stars an AI powered female motorcycle named IRIS, who has gone rogue a la 'Short Circuit.' The game's goofy B movie trappings frame a combat system that takes its cue from the two 'Batman: Arkham' titles.
The game is a Xbox One equivalent of an Xbox Arcade title, and it's visuals might not be the best reflection of the new system's capabilities. That aspect is addressed in this latest trailer with a wink and a nod from the developers. Of course downloadable titles for the 360 have tended to rely more on their mandated demos than on game trailers.
