Continuing their commitment to the HD-DVD format, Warner Home Video will release two new disc titles May 16, the studio announced today via press release.

Streeting next Tuesday are the 1992 Academy Award winner for Best Picture, 'Unforgiven,' directed by Clint Eastwood, and the first-ever Stanley Kubrick title to be released in high-definition, 'Full Metal Jacket.'

Each title will list for $28.99, and be presented in full 1080p widescreen video. Exact audio specs have not yet been released.

Both releases will also include all of the bonus features as their standard DVD counterparts, though there is no extra content exclusive to the HD-DVD release.

'Unforgiven' and 'Full Metal Jacket' have been added to our comprehensive HD-DVD Release Schedule.
