'Shameless: The Complete Third Season' Blu-ray Dated

The third season of the hit Showtime dramedy is bound for Blu-ray in December.

In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers will bring 'Shameless: The Complete Third Season' to Blu-ray on December 17.

'Shameless' follows the dysfunctional Gallagher family, which features William H. Macy ('Fargo') as patriarch Frank and Emmy Rossum ('The Phantom of the Opera') as his oldest daughter, Fiona. Frank is the proud single dad of six smart, spirited and independent kids, who without him would be...perhaps better off. Dad's a drunk, Mom split long ago, and it's down to promiscuous Fiona to maintain order, which isn't easy with so many budding criminals and opportunists in the family.

The release will feature 1080p video, a lossless soundtrack, and supplements have yet to be revealed.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray at $49.99.
