The next direct-to-video DCU animated feature will be based on Grant Morrison's tale featuring the Man of Steel.
In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers is preparing 'All-Star Superman' for Blu-ray on February 22.
This startling and gripping DC Universe Animated Original Movie stars the voice talents of James Denton, Anthony LaPaglia, Christina Hendricks, and Ed Asner.
The Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack will feature 1080p video and supplements will include Superman Now: In a moment of inspiration, Grant Morrison was provided an opportunity to revamp the Man of Steel into something modern, something more relevant for today's audience. This is the story of All-Star Superman – where it all started, and what it came to be; Sneak peek at Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, the next DC Universe animated original movie; and two bonus episodes from Superman: The Animated Series handpicked by Bruce Timm.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray will be an audio commentary with Bruce Timm and Grant Morrison; Incubating the Idea: A conversation with Grant Morrison; and All-Star Superman virtual comic book.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.98.
