Dave Chappelle is set to make his next-gen debut on January 30 when Universal Studios Home Entertainment releases the funnyman's comedy hit 'Half Baked' as an HD DVD combo.
Tech specs on the HD side of the platter include a 1.85:1 widescreen 1080/VC-1 video transfer, and Dolby Digital-Plus 5.1 audio in English, French and Spanish.
Universal also lists DTS 5.1 audio and a host of extras for the release, including an audio commentary with the filmmakers, two featurettes, deleted scenes and a theatrical trailer. However, Universal usually includes these features only on the standard-def DVD side of their combo titles, so this is likely the case with 'Half Baked' as well.
Retail will go for a suggested list price of $29.98.
