Fox Home Entertainment has announced its latest catalog release for high-def, bringing the Ben Stiller-Cameron Diaz hit 'There's Something About Mary' to Blu-ray in early-May.

The film that made the world safe for hair gel jokes, Fox has alerted retailers that it will release the blockbuster Farrelly Brothers comedy on Blu-ray May 5.

Tech specs will see 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (2.35:1) and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround audio.

There's no word yet on extras, but look for a package comparable to the standard DVD release. Stay tuned.

Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.95.
