The acclaimed comedy/drama that made quite the buzz at Sundance will make Blu-ray all right this November.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal Studios is preparing Lisa Cholodenko's 'The Kids Are All Right' for Blu-ray on November 16.
The film stars Annette Bening, Julianne Moore, Mark Ruffalo, Mia Wasikowska, and Josh Hutcherson, and currently holds a 96% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Feature commentary with director/co-writer Lisa Cholodenko; The Journey to Forming a Family: cirector/co-writer Lisa Cholodenko reveals how her five-year long journey to write and bring the film to the screen was motivated by her desire to put down roots and create a family of her own; The Making of The Kids Are All Right; The Writers' Process: Lisa Cholodenko & Stuart Blumberg discuss their writing process; BD-Live; pocket BLU; My Scenes; and uHEAR™: Never miss another line of dialogue when you're watching The Kids Are All Right with this innovative feature that instantly skips back a few seconds on your Blu-ray disc and turns on the subtitles to highlight what you missed.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is still undetermined at this time.
