John Hillcoat's prohibition era crime drama will smuggle Shia onto Blu-ray this November.
In an early announcement to retailers, Starz/Anchor Bay is working on 'Lawless' for Blu-ray on November 27.
'Lawless' staring Tom Hardy, Shia LaBeouf, Guy Pearce, Jason Clarke, and Jessica Chastain is the true story of the infamous Bondurant Brothers: bootlegging siblings who made a run for the American Dream in Prohibition-era Virginia. In this epic gangster tale, inspired by true-life tales of author Matt Bondurant’s family in his novel “The Wettest County In The World,” the loyalty of three brothers is put to the test against the backdrop of the nation’s most notorious crime wave.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Feature Commentary with Director John Hillcoat and Author Matt Bondurant; Deleted Scenes; The True Story of the Wettest County in the World; Franklin County, VA: Then and Now; "Midnight Run" Willie Nelson Music Video; and the Blu-ray exclusive The Story of The Bondurant Family.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $39.99.
