The 3D Nintendo DS version from 2008 the basis for the latest re-release.
The Super Nintendo classic, originally released as 'Final Fantasy II' in the West has been released for iOS devices at a price of $15.99. Distinct from the more recent Wii and PSP versions, this version has 3D characters and scenes. Square Enix has also promoted an adjustable difficulty system and Game Center integration, presumably to make the game more suitable for playing on the go.
In addition to re-release of 'FFIV,' 'Final Fantasy V', known for its grind-filled job system, has been teased as the next Final Fantasy to make it to iOS. p>
