The Academy Award-winning biopic of Ray Charles is set to sing on Blu-ray this February.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal says 'Ray' starring Jamie Foxx in his Oscar-winning performance as the master musician is coming to Blu-ray on February 1.
The title was previously released in high-definition on the HD DVD format.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Introduction by director Taylor Hackford, Feature Commentary with Director Taylor Hackford, Deleted scenes with commentary by director Taylor Hackford, Extended musical scenes, Stepping into the Part, Ray Remembered, The Women of Ray, The Filmmakers' Journey, Ray: An American Story, and A Look Inside Ray.
Blu-ray exclusives include U-Control: Scene Companion and the Music of Ray, pocket BLU, My Scenes, and U-Hear.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $26.98.
