James Bond is back: MGM has announced a worldwide March Blu-ray launch for the latest 007 adventure 'Quantum of Solace.'
Though critical reaction was mixed to the follow-up to 'Casino Royale,' 'Quantum of Solace' still managed to break previous Bond box office records, earning over $500 million worldwide (and counting).
MGM (via Fox Home Entertainment) has set a March home video launch for the Daniel Craig-starrer, which will hit Blu-ray Stateside on March 24 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (2.40:1) and a English DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround track.
Extras include a raft of making of featurettes ("Bond on Location," "Start of Shooting," "On Location," "Olga Kurylenko and the Boat Chase," "Director Marc Forster," "The Music," "Crew Files"), the "Another Way to Die" music video, and the theatrical trailer.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.99.
