Specs and box art are in for 'Persepolis,' which Sony will release on Blu-ray this June with a host of bonus features.
As we've previously reported, Sony had alerted retailers to a June 24 Blu-ray bow for the Oscar-nominated animated hit, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
Presented in the film's English-Language Version, extras shared between the Blu-ray and DVD include audio commentary by filmmakers Marliane Satrapi, Vincent Faronnald, and Chapa Mastroianni on select scenes , two featurettes ("Hidden Side of Persepolis," "Behind the Scenes of Persepolis"), footage from the 2007 Cannes Film Festival Press Conference, and animated scene comparisons with commentary by Satrapi.
Tech specs feature 1080p video, Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio in English and French, and English and Spanish subtitles.
Finally, Sony has delivered the box art for 'Persepolis':
As previously announced, Sony has set the suggested retail price for the Blu-ray at $38.95.
