Lionsgate has announced a late-May Blu-ray release for the Renee Zellweger romance 'New in Town.'
Co-starring Harry Connick Jr., the fish-out-of-water comedy grossed a fair $40 million at the domestic box office during its short theatrical run earlier this year.
Lionsgate has set a May 26 Blu-ray release, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
Tech specs will see 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and a DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround track.
Among the bonus features are a trio of featurettes ("Making New In Town in Winnipeg Canada," "The Folk Art of Scrapbooking,""Pudding's Delicious Role in New In Town") and deleted scenes.
Exclusive tot he Blu-ray is a picture-in-picture commentary with cast & crew (Bonus View).
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.99.
